RESERVATIONS
Quotes do not guarantee availability. A signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve your items. Final payment is due 24 hours before delivery
Delivery is available in Portland and surrounding areas for a reasonable charge. Deliveries are typically made on Fridays, with pickup on Sunday evenings or Monday.
DELIVERY
SETUP & TAKEDOWN
Setup and takedown services are available for an additional fee. This service must be arranged in advance.
PICKUP PREPARATION
All items must be cleaned of food and debris and returned in the same condition as delivered. Tables and chairs should be folded, stacked, and placed in one location for pickup. Chairs should be stacked on the provided carts.
The customer is responsible for rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. A damage waiver is available for a 5% fee and covers accidental damage from normal use only. It does not cover loss, theft, negligence, or misuse. Missing or damaged items will be billed accordigly.
DAMAGE & LOSS
WEATHER POLICY
Canopies should not be used in unsafe weather conditions including high winds, storms, or heavy rain. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or remove equipment if conditions become unsafe.
LONG TERM RENTALS
Standard pricing is based on a weekend rental. Longer rental periods may be available upon request.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Rates are for ground floor delivery. Customer is responsible for providing access to the event area. Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, or special handling needs
